|
VAROSIVE VD-3000R/30H System is a alcohol dilutable two component polyurethane adhesive with many advantage over conventional urethane/isocyanate adhesive.
It is suitable for food packaging and has good adhesion, high initial tack and good chemical resistance.

| CHARACTERISTIC |
Alcohol Solvent
 VD-3000R/30H is supplied in alcohol and is diluted with alcohol or alcohol/water
mixture.
No expensive urethane grade solvents are required, nor is there a pollution problem.
Wide substrate choice
VD-3000R/30H is recommended cellulose, PE, PP, Nylon films and paper
it gives excellent clarity on PVDC coated films, high initial tack and good chemical
resistance.
Easy Storage
VD-3000R/30H contains no free isocyanate.
There is no reaction with moisture in the air neither is there a potential health
hazard.
It therefore has good shelf life, and opened drums may be easily stored in the
factory.
Easy Mixing
VD-3000R/30H has a non-critical mixing ratio, which allows small errors in mixing
on the factory floor.
The adhesive ready for use has an excellent pot life, which reduce waste and
saves money.

| PRACTICAL USAGE |
Diluents : Ethyl alcohol, Methyl alcohol
Mixing Ratio(w/w) : VD-3000R/30H = 100/10
Applicable solid : 25 - 40%
Coating method : Gravure roll coating
Coating weight : 150mesh, 2.0 - 4.0 g/m2(dry)
Drying condition : 70 - 90°C
Pot life : 24hrs at room temperature
Aging time : 48hrs at approx. 60°C
