| VAROSIVE VD-9600 is highly versatile one component polyurethane adhesive for general lamination of various plastic films. |

| CHARACTERISTIC |
 High initial tack.
Excellent adhesive to OPP, CPP and Leaf Al.

| SPECIFICATION |
Type : polyurethane.
Appearance : Pale yellow transparent liquid.
Solid Content : 70 ± 2 %
Shelf life : 6 Months
Solvent : Ethyl acetate
NCO Content : 2.3 - 2.7 %

| PRACTICAL USAGE |
Applicable solid : 25 - 30%
Diluents : Ethyl acetate, MEK or blends of these
Coating method : Gravure roll coating.
Coating weight : 150 mesh, 2.0 - 4.0 g/m2(dry)
Drying condition : 70 - 90°C
Line speed : 80 -100 m/min
Pot life : 12hrs at room temperature
Aging time : 24 - 48hrs at approx. 40°C
