VAROSIVE VD-9670R/75H System is highly versatile two component polyurethane adhesive for general lamination of various plastic films, metalized films and aluminum foil.
It is suitable for food packaging and has good adhesion, high initial tack and good chemical resistance.

Type : polyurethane cross-linker
Appearance : Pale yellow transparent liquid.
Solid Content : 75 ¡¾ 2 %
Viscosity(at 25¡ÆC) : 2,000 ¡¾ 500 cps
Shelf life : 6 Months
Solvent : Ethyl acetate
NCO content : 12.5 - 13.5 %

| PRACTICAL USAGE |
Diluents : Ethyl acetate, MEK or blends of these
Mixing Ratio(w/w) : VD-9670R/75H = 100/15
Applicable solid : 25 - 40%
Coating method : Gravure roll coating
Coating weight : 150mesh, 2.0 - 4.0 g/m2(dry)
Drying condition : 70 - 90¡ÆC
Pot life : 24hrs at room temperature
Aging time : 48hrs at approx. 60¡ÆC
