IMPRESSION HCP-150L is Antistatic Agent for Polyurethane Foam System.
CHARACTERISTICS Good antistatic properties (Surface resistance : 1012-108 Ω/cm2)
100% High-solid system.
Good resistance of yellowish by heat.
More effective with less quantity as compared with other agents.
      (Recommended addition weight :2.0-5.0 part(wt/wt))
Good mixed with urethane systems, and especially in case of two components
    urethane system, provides excellent durability by direct reaction.
Available to make the various hues as colorless transparent liquid.
PROPERTIES Appearance : Colorless transparent liquid / 60°C
      (Wax phase in normal temperature)
Viscosity : 25±50 cPS/60°C
Density : 1.15±0.2 (g/cm3)
APPLICATION Polyurethane Foaming System.
Polyurethane coating agent or casting system.
Applicable to other polymer resin (Acrylic resin, Rubbery resin, etc.)
HANDLING & STORAGE The self life of this agent is minimum one year in normal indoor.
To be wax phase below 60°C, keep the wax phase enough until changing into
    liquid phase in oven at 70-110°C prior to use for your convenience when
    handling.
In case of two components urethane system, addition to polyol mixture should be
    needed, because of the possibility of gelation by reaction with isocyanate
    functional group.
Do not use near fire or flame.
Store in well-ventilated place.
