[Ultra Fast Curing Poly(urethane-urea) Spray Coating System.]

|
VAROCOAT HSC-A80P/R poly(urethane-urea) spray elastomers are two- component, fast curing, 100% solids coatings. Both components are low viscosity fluids, which react very quickly to form a tough polymer. These components are mixed and applied using heated plural component airless spray equipment. The cured material is characterized by high physical properties, outstanding chemical and solvent resistance and usability under wide climatic conditions with outstanding durability.

| APPLICATION |
Some applicable uses would include, but not be limited to, the following:
 Lining steel, masonry or wood tanks, silos, pipes and flumes.
Application to geotextiles to form ponds, contain spills, prevent escape of effluents and
prevent loss of water or petroleum products.
Provides tough, abrasion, chemical and corrosion-resistant liner for truck beds and
under carriages.
May be used to repair or replace existing containment liners.

| APPLICATION METHOD |
Handling floor surface ⇒ Fully cure ⇒ Primer Coating ⇒ RIM Spray
⇒ (when need) Spray Top Coating(0.2-0.3Kg/m2)

| APPLICATION CONDITION |
Applicable temperature of floor surface : 0°C - 55°C
Remove the radiance, dust and oils from floor surface.
For cracked spot or penetrated pipe circumference, make groove and apply with
sealing agent.
If projected or senility place remains, remove them from surface with grinder.
Recommended Equipment : over grade of GUSMER H-2000
