Due to its aromatic composition, VARO-70 will tend
to yellowish color and will become flat after exposure to UV light.
VARO-70 may be topcoated with an aliphatic polyurethane coating for a colorfast finish.

Approx 1.4Kg/m2 in 1.0mm dry film thickness on a smooth surface.
Recommended Film Thickness is 3mm.

of manufacture in factory sealed containers.

| APPLICATION |
Please use after coating primer on the substrate.
The surface moisture must be below 15%.
Must be double coating(each of 1.5mm) to 3.0mm coating.

| EQUIPMENT CLEAN UP |
Equipment should be cleaned with an urethane-grade solvent as permitted under local regulations immediately after use.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Hepcechem Products warrants its products to be free of manufacturing defects and that they will meet Hepcechem Products current published physical properties.
Hepcechem Products warrants that its products, when properly installed by a state licensed waterproofing contractor according to Hepcechem Products guide specifications and product data sheets over a sound, properly prepared substrate, will not allow storage for a period of one (1) year.
Selleris and manufactureris sole responsibility shall be to replace that portion of the product of this manufacturer which proves to be defective.
There are no other warranties by Hepcechem Products of any nature whatsoever expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose in connection with this product.
Hepcechem Products shall not be liable for damages of any sort, including remote or consequential damages resulting from any claimed breach of any warranty whether expressed or implied.
Hepcechem Products shall not be responsible for use of this product in a manner to infringe on any patent held by others.
In addition, no warranty or guarantee is being issued with respect to appearance, color, fading, chalking, staining, shrinkage, peeling, normal wear and tear or improper application by the applicator.
Damage caused by abuse, neglect and lack of proper aintenance, acts of nature and/or physical movement of the substrate or structural defects are also excluded from the limited warranty.
Hepcechem Products reserves the right to conduct performance tests on any material claimed to be defective prior to any repairs by owner, general contractor, or applicator.
