VARO-BP is a moisture curing polyurethane resin based primer with very good penetration and toleration to expansion and shrinkage of substrate. It provides water proof property, and promotes surface strength of substrate.

| APPLICATION DETAILS |
Surface Preparation
- Remove any dust, oil, grease and other contaminants from the surface to be coated.
- Do not apply coating unless concrete has cured at least 28 days at 20¡ÆC/68¡ÆF
and below 80% R.H or equivalent.
- The surface moisture must be below 6%.
Application Conditions
- The surface must be completely clean and dry.
- Do not apply when the relative humidity is above 85%.
- The surface temperatures must be at least 3¡ÆC(5¡ÆF) above dew-point to prevent
condensation.
Thinning : VARO-BP(Thinner) (Thinning ratio : Max.20% by volume)
Method of Application : Brush, Roller or special shower application.
Film Thickness : Recommended per coat 100 microns dry
Subsequent Coating : VARO-90P/R.
Pot Life : 12 hours (at 20¡ÆC/68¡ÆF and below 60% R.H) and less at
highertemperatureUse only the amount which can be used within pot life
Recoating Interval : Minimum : 5 hours, maximum : 1 day (at 20¡ÆC/68¡ÆF)

| HANDLING & STORAGE |
6 months
Store in cool, dry, well-ventilated place.
Please avoid exposure to humidity or temperature above 50¡ÆC for long time.
Please avoid contamination of water and alcohol.

| REMARKS |
It is necessary to wear the protect gloves and glasses when applying this material.
Avoid contact with skin. In case of contact, wash with neutral detergent and water.
Use adequate ventilation.
Respiratory protection is recommended when applying this product in confined
spaces or stagnant air.
