VARO-TOP is a two component, acrylic/polyurethane resin based finish with excellent weather resistance and adhesion. It has outstanding workability and resistance to abrasion and chemicals..
As a finishing coat for exposed water proofing coating system use on roof, bath-room, veranda, etc. where protection of membrane is desired.

| APPLICATION DETAILS |
Surface Preparation
- Remove any oil and grease from surface to be coated.
Preceding Coat
- VARO-60, VARO-70 or according to specification.
Application Conditions
- Do not apply when the temperature is less than 5¡ÆC/41¡ÆF, and relative humidity is
above 80%.
- The surface temperatures must be at least 3¡ÆC(5¡ÆF) above dew point to prevent
condensation.
Mixing
- VARO-Top(P): VARO-Top(R): = 12 : 4 (by weight).
Mix separately, then combine together and mix thoroughly with high speed dissolver for 5 minutes prior to application.
Thinning : VARO-SV(Thinner) (Thinning ratio : Max. 15% by weight)
Method of Application : Brush, Roller, Spray(Spattering) application.
Film Thickness : Recommended per coat 50 microns dry.

Please avoid exposure to humidity or temperature above 50¡ÆC for long time.
Please avoid contamination of water and alcohol.

| REMARKS |
Use adequate ventilation.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes, and prolonged breathing of solvent vapors.
In case of contact, wash with organic solvent and followed by soap and water cleaning.
Respiratory protection is recommended when applying this product in confined
spaces or stagnant air.
Clean equipment with VARO-SV(Thinner) immediately after use.
Keep the recommended film thickness at application.
Thick film per coat may result in bubbling.
Dry completely to obtain good adhesion.
Keep away from sparks and open flames.
